Does anyone know about a unit that can be plugged in the computer for phone service with the name tiger?

Does anyone know about a unit that can be pluged into your computer and a phone jack plugged into it and you can call anywhere in the USA and Canada? It was on an infomercial and called Tiger something..the cost was 39 dollars for the unit and 1st year of service and 19.99 yearly after that.

Sounds like the MagicJack.

I use many VoIP services, but not theirs.  Their infomercial style of advertising turns me right off.
