  1. Without mentioning your desire subject or even your educational background, it's an absurd question. In fact I can't recognise Which exam (GRE/ SAT) You have to take? Plan Properly, then move. Nothing in the universe is achievable without a proper planing & consistent study.

  2. Ask your high school counselor or search online for those kind of things..

  3. Dartmouth College has a lot of study abroad opportunities.  It is the Ivy League school with the most number of students to study abroad (60.9% of its student body study abroad).  We have programs in Morocco, China, Japan, New Zealand, Italy, Costa Rica, Thailand, Greece, Ireland, the UK, Trinidad, South Africa, France, Czech Republic, Germany, Brazil, Russia, Argentina, Spain, Mexico, Denmark, and a lot of exchange programs within the U.S.

This fall, I went on a foreign study program to Beijing with a group of 20 other students.  The good thing about Dartmouth's foreign study programs is that the college arranges everything.  For each program, they send a professor with the group of students and set up where you're going to stay, plan your curriculum, and plan all the trips so you don't have to worry about planning.  All you need to do is get a visa and a passport and everything else is taken care of for you.
