Question:

Does anyone know about frequent dizziness and headaches? ?

I'm a 22 Year Old, Male. For 2 years now, I've been feeling dizzy for more than half of the day. The dizziness makes me feel very uneasy, and very uncomfortable. Frequently, I also feel confused because of the dizziness.

The discomfort I get from this dizziness makes it hard for me to focus. For example, if i go to the supermarket, I find it hard to concentrate on looking for what I want because I don't seem to be able to focus on finding what i want.

The dizziness makes me feel very weak. Most of the time I feel like I want to pass out, and at times i feel like my head will jerk due to spasms (although that has never happened). It also makes me feel very zoned out.

The severity of this issue makes it hard for me to be social at times. I sometimes feel so uncomfortable that it makes me not in a the mood to talk to people (even if its my best friends).

I've noticed that since these episodes, I've been agitated more easily, and it certainly has not helped with my quality of life.

I used to be very active in playing sports and going to the gym, but I'm not able to anymore because I get dizzy after 2 minutes into it. Almost always, these dizziness turns into extreme headaches.

Does anyone know what is wrong? I'm really fed up with this condition. Do you guys have any suggestions on how to alleviate these dizziness spells?

Does anyone know what condition I have, and whether its normal?

  1. It can be so many things and this is certainly not the place to get an accurate diagnoses. You need to see a reputable neurologist for some tests, such as CT scan, blood work etc.

  2. Go to the doc's. I had this along with some other symptoms and I am anemic

    it could be anything.

  3. you need your blood pressure checked.  it may be too high, or low.

also have the doctor check your sugar levels, and check you for vertigo.

I know those dizzy spells well.

go to your doctor as soon as possible

  4. If it is so severe you might need to go in for a physical and ask a doctor. he might do a full blood work and lab- this will help him/her identify the cause of this problem. I use to get dizzy because I had no iron in my body and I was animic... But you should definetly get it checked out, sounds like it is getting a bit serious....

  5. I know I will only be the first of many to say this, but: GO SEE A DOCTOR.  This could be something as simple as needing corrective lenses (or a new prescription), or as serious as a brain tumor (though certainly the former is more likely), or any one of many things in-between.  If it has started messing with your quality of life, it is time to call in a professional.  Good luck!
