Does anyone know about how much tickets for the 2012 London Olympics will cost?

I know one of my friends got tivket this year with ~ $1000.  Not sure if it's the cheapest one.

actually the chinese tickets were really cheap if you bought them from the official ticketing places (mostly sold out though)

however, if you buy them off of scalpers, prices can go up to 1500USD, which is rediculous if you ask me (the USA vs China basketball game was that much)

however, since in london, the average wage is much higher then in china, i'm going to guess that the tickets are going to cost a lot more.
