Does anyone know about how to get child support from someone in the army when you arent married???

  1. Contact Army public relations.


  2. Request a DNA test. After you have the results, then you can move forward with support enforcement with the results as evidence. A man should not pay if it is not his child.  

  3. You go to your attorney general, and get the child support application filled out and when you get to his employment you put ARMY. They'll track him down. The army makes them pay.

  4. First of all, this is not a question of if your are married or not, The question is did you put his name on the birth certificate? If you did, you can get the army to get a blood test and if he is the father, they will make him pay.
