Does anyone know about hydroponics??

I am looking for someone who can give me some help locating a budding formula in ontario Canada. I am allowed to grow due to my illness. Last year I used a budding formula and for the life of me, I cannot remember what it is called. It actually does double the yield on your plants. I think it was called "Bud something" or "something Bud". Any help would be appreciated. It has to be found in Ontario and I know it can be purchased downtown Toronto. as I said I have used it. I know it is out there I just can't remember what it is called. Thanks a bunch!
