Does anyone know about sperm banks???Help???

So, heres the deal. My boyfriend is 34 years old and had a vasectomy about 5 years ago, by the time we will consider another child(his son is not mine) It will be too long for a reverse, and I think he would rather not do it.We have talked briefly about using a sperm bank.Anyone know the costs, or any other info./successes?I do have a child, 8 years old, but I want to be married to him and have a family the right way,and have our own.Helppppp

Well a sperm bank is the best bet, as a vasectomy reversal has little chance of working and it costs about $10,000.   You will still need IVF with a reversal just like in the case of a sperm bank.

it's about $300-$400 per sample. we used two samples a month for a year - you do the math.

plus if you want a baby photo of the donor, or health report.... not mention reserve for a second child. it wasn't cheap.
