Does anyone know about the Disney college program and if so how hard is it to get into ?

I have my phone interview tomorrow and I want to see about trying to get into the program but i need some tips on what to do

I'll be honest with you...the Disney College Program is the EASIEST internship program to get into EVER!  Because they will hire anyone who applies!  They are always especially hiring in the minimum wage job areas such as the College Program.

So really you have nothing to worry about.  When you think about the Disney Theme Parks you think about complete and devotional focus on your customers (aka guests), high optimism for yourself others and enviroment, and perfection, magic, cleanliness, all that fine stuff I could go on forever about.  

So all you really need to do when answering the questions is to think from this "everyone is a special guest" perspective and show a complete love & interest in Disney and you will do just fine.
