Does anyone know about the Hand painted letters that look like characters at Downtown Disney & Disneyland?

On Downtown Disney Walk, there are different vendors all in the middle of the street. There is one that handpaints your name on a paper, but each letter has a  Disney character on it They are really cool, and make a fun souvenir. They are not expensive, either, by the way.
