Does anyone know about the bike trail from .......?

i wanna know about the bike Trail from Aspen co, to Carbondale co,. is it single track, or is there a bike path, how long does it take, how many miles, will i need a road bike or can i do it on a Mountain bike. is it a beginner trail.

My boyfriend is a expert Mt. biker, im just a Beginner we never take rides together i think i will like this one plus he'll get the work out he longs for Daily.

I can't find that exact trail, but check out trails.com.  They list trails, what you can do on them, (Hiking/mtn) How long they are, and general info on the trail, including proficiency level.  You can also check with your local mountain bike shop, which should have lists of local trails.  For further reference, I have listed many sites in the sources section pertaining to Colorado Mountain Biking.  Happy trails!
