Does anyone know about the ebay mastercard?

i was wanting to buy a 300 dollar item from ebay and i noticed the ebay mastercard, is that a good card? i've never had a credit card so i really dont' know anything about them, can someone pls help.

It looks like a decent card if you plan on using eBay a lot. And right now they are running a special where you get 15 percent off eBay purchases through Sept. 2.
