Does anyone know about this indoor surf centre that is apparently going to be built in london?

this link a few years back descibes plans for an indoor surf centre in london, except theres no further talk of it anywhere on the web! even on the main website for it! i even rang the company who is supposadly involved, but there is no answer on the one number and the other one doesnt work. ive heard rumours of 2009, anyone else got any info?
