Does anyone know about trailer zoning for resdential land use in tucson az?

have a lady who pushed commercial zoning to make my boyfriend move his tow truck from are house because they say its to big to be in residental zoning but she has a trailer airstream that blocks are view from our house it has tags but has flat tires

This has nothing to do with safety!

Call the zoning people,  and threaten her with a lawsuit for blocking your view.

Complain daily to your council members.

Sounds like a good question for zoning.  Contact your local town/village/city clerk..in person, friendly works well.  ask them for the laws, go from there.Starting a feud with  a neighbor isn't a good idea,  they usually escalate.  for the good of your long term relationship in your area, figure the closest place he can park the truck, go from there.  There are so many regulatory agencies that she could potentially call to get on you, it just isn't probably worth it.
