Does anyone know about transferring warm air out of a roof and using it to warm rooms within a dwelling?

If there is warm air in your attic, then chances are its warm outside.  Why then, would you want to warm the rooms of your house.  Having said that, you would need some sort of unit that would pull the air out of the attic and transfer it to vents in the floors of the home.  Hot air rises.
