Did you buy a ticket? If you didn't then it is a scam. If you did take the ticket to a post office and they will check it for you. Hope you did

I just got a similar thing in the mail. I am in hong kong. I have no idea how they got my name and adress but it is a hoax.   They will get you to send them back a confirmation form that came with the letter you get along with some money. Thats how those scammers get their money. Just throw it away.

it's fake. i also received something similar. i did plenty of research and found out it's a scam.

Did you enter any contests? If you received it by mail and the answer to the question was no, it is a fake. If you bought it at a store, I would put the odds at 99.9% that is true because I am pretty sure that store would not sell you fake products.

They send that to me too. I wouldn't fall for it unless you did play lotto in the uk????
