Does anyone know about virginia security guard laws?

i cant find anything about it, do i need to get a liscense and how old i have to be and all the general rules and laws to become a security guard, armed or unarmed,

DCJS.org ....that should be the website if I remember correctly.  

Unarmed, you would be surprised who hold the positions; you do not need any type of license.

Armed you have to be DCJS certified and find that information on the site I provided.  It is a series of small tests and firearm certifications.  And to get the job is obviously a competitive process as any other from there.
