Does anyone know about year pass for Busch Gardens?

Ok so my brother brought the year pass that exspires at the end of the year... well my mom washed it and it is destroyed... does anyone know if he can still get in and if there will be a charge to get a new card??

Just go to Guest Relations, they can print a receipt-like one day pass for him. I'm not sure if they will charge you for a new card, but just ask. Everything is on the computer, it won't be lost.

my daughter lost hers`and guest services replaced it at no charge, but photo id is required. in my case it was my ID because my daughter was too young to have ID and i used my credit card to purchase the passes
