Does anyone know an acronym to remember phylum?

i need to study for a science test and remember the phylum: Mollusca, Porifera, Cnidaria, Platyhelminthes, Nematoda, Annelida, Arthropoda, Echinodermata, and Chordata

anyone know of an acronym i could use to remember all these?

Hi, these are tricky words to remember! and not easy to make an acronym out of either, but you could try using the phrase 'Camp Pecan'.  i.e. A campsite in a Pecan tree forest.

or you might like to make up a crazy sentence, like the previous user suggested. These are called mnemonics (memory aides). I don't know any for phyla, but I found the following one online.

"I thought this mnemonic for remembering the phyla in the animal kingdom was tremendously clever:

'PCP, Narcotics, And Marijuana Are Excellent Choices.'

Porifera, Cnidaria, Platyhelminthes, Nematoda, Annelida, Mollusca, Arthropoda, Echinodermata, Chordata"
