Does anyone know an address where I can send a letter to Apple Inc. or Steve Jobs himself?

I can't believe it but Apple has screwed me over. I bought the iPhone the day it came out. A 4GB iPhone for $500! Then by the end of the year it was discontinued and isn't worth more than $250 now! Apple gave me $100 in Apple Store Credit for that. Problem is Where Is My Other $100! I dropped my iPhone today and the screen is cracked but it still works. Apple tells me that my phones warranty does not cover that and to fix my 4GB iPhone it will cost me $200! I want to write a letter to someone over there because Apple should not be robbing its customers like this. Its unjust. Sorry about the long rant. Can anyone help?

Send a letter through www.planetfeedback.com.  That site has a good reputation among corporations for connecting customers with businesses.
