fyi. the call center, as well as the email support of united airlines is based in the philippines and india. tough luck, if your going to be rude to an asian agent and tell him that you want no indian coz you would be on hold for such a long time. a little kindness goes a long way!!! we are suffering insomnia just to service your calls and concerns!
