  1. 8 LEGZ BREATH IT CAN BITE U ND U CUD GET KOOL SUPER POWERS LKE SPIDERMAN =D GETS FOOD FRUM ITS WEB WEN IT CATHES SUMTHIN

  2. it moves by walking first of all and yes it can see and smell and they excrete webs

  3. I'll tell you that they move their legs by pumping blood into their limbs.  kind of creepy, like really fast moving erections for limbs.

  4. Spiders belong to the family arachnids meaning they ahve 8 legs. the largest is the bird eating tarantula which can grow to the size of a plate, they hunt in differen ways soemtimes catching them in webs like the orb weavers, or abushing them like tarantulas, they may make traps for insects to fall in like the trap door spiders. The web catchers usaully wrap them up first, I know when spiders are born they are transparent and spread by ballooning, they let the air carry them away.Almost all spiders have venom which they use to soften the insides of their prey which is then eaten.

  5. Spiders have 6 "knees" on each leg (48 total), this gives them incredible versatility in movement.  Small claws at the end of each leg give them the ability to climb walls and even ceilings.

They don't breath air the same way we do (IE force air in and out of mouth).  The lungs are located on the rear abdomen and have direct outside connection.  There are two different lungs that have developed.  The book lung has stacked plates (kinda like a little radiator) that transfer gases into the bloodstream.  The other style, tracheae, is a series of tubes that funnel oxygen directly to each organ.  Spiders may have one or both of these style lung.

Spiders have a number of eyes, usually eight, sometimes six.  These eyes range from very good to very poor depending on the species.  They also have hair on their bodies that can detect vibrations in the air.  Like having an ear all over your body.  If you shout at a spider it will react to the noise.  There isn't much known about the spider's sense of smell other then they can smell.  The exact mechanism they use is still up for debate.

The largest spider in the world is the goliath spider (250 mm leg span) The smallest is the orbweb (about the size of a pinhead)  When spiders grow they shed their old skin.  They grow for their entire life, but size is limited by lifespan.

Reproduction is fairly straightforward.  Males mate with the females.  This can end in the death of the male in many species.  The female usually lays the eggs in a sack made of spider silk.  Some species may lay as many as 7000 eggs, others only a few dozen.  It may take as long as 200 days for these eggs to hatch.

A spiders venom starts the digestive process, breaking down the internal organs of it's prey into a fluid that can be sucked out.  Spiders eat whatever it can tackle.  The goliath spider is sometimes called the bird-eating spider.

Spiders have to remove waste material just like everything else.  They don't have separate fluid and solid waste excretion vents, everything goes out the a**s.

    Hope this helps

  6. I can answer the growth question.  Spider sizes are limited because gravity is holding them down like all bugs.  What is interesting is that in the ocean, gravity does not affect spiders' growth.  A crab is the spider of the ocean.  They have the same number of appendages.  Don't believe me?  The scorpion of the ocean is the lobster.  Think about it.  They look nearly the same.
