you dont pay your agent,, he takes a percent of what you earn,, so if u get an audition for lets say an advert, and u get paid, £1000,, then ur agent will get £100 (there just random figures by the way,) With auditions you must never give up, dont be disheartened if u dont get the part because it maybe anything from accent to hair colour,, you just need to keep going to auditions until you finally get your big break,, and dont forget me when ur rich and famous ahhaha

Assuming you have the support of your parents (as a child you have to be chaperoned), then check The Stage website.  Agents will take a portion of your pay as commission, so you shouldn't have to pay them anything until you start earning.  Your wages will usually go to them to take a portion of your pay before you get it.  Have you been doing acting classes?  If so, then ask your teacher for advice.  If you don't have experience, it is unlikely that you will get any work unless you audition with hundreds of others in an open audition - and even then it is a slim chance that you will get cast.  Think about drama school when you are older.
