Does anyone know any acting exercises that can be done at home?

Hi, I need some helpful tips and anything else that can help me get better at acting that doesn't involve taking courses, workshops, or classes. I need advice that I can do at home. Please help me. I would really appreciate the help from anyone. Thank you :]

I was just about to say the same thing as the other person.

You can also play a game that has to do with improv.

Have a perosn sit next to you, and have a sitting such as trying to buy a dog. And each sentence you say has to begin with the alphabet.

person 1: A dog is a thing to buy in this community now and days. Tell me what other animals do you like?

Person 2: Birds, birds are my favorite, thy fly and sing. How about yours?

Person 3: Cats. They're so sneaky and feisty.

This game helps you on your feet. most theater games you need a group of people. There's this other game but it takes a little time to explain. Just email me at [e-mail] if you want to learn about it.

With others you can play Busstop. You have 2 chairs. The first person just minds their own business and then the 2nd person comes and sits on the chair next to the other person. The 2nd person starts annoying the 1st person. When the 1st person gets really annoyed they leave. Then it's the 2nd persons turn 2 get annoyed!

google monolouges, and try some of those. Perform them for ur parents or someone u trust so they can critique u, and help u improve. Also, u can act along to movies or tv shows that u are familiar with. *It would help if there in crying involved in the movie/tv show so u can see if u can cry on cue!* Hope this helps!
