Does anyone know any animal shelters in the Montgomery County area that will take volunteers younger then 15?

I looked into volunteering for Montgomery County's SPCA, but they only hire volunteers 15 and older. This is something I feel like I really have to do and I don't think I can wait another year.

You're most likely going to have to.

It's fifteen/sixteen or even eighteen for a reason- insurance, liability, responsibility, and maturity.

Just wait. Not a huge deal.
