  1. remember the name

    stronger

    mr Jones

    independent

    how far we've come

anything with a good fast beat and hard core lyrics

  2. rap or hip hop is good or rock. stuff that works best for me is something with a good beat.  also, those old corny songs like eye of the tiger, or danger zone. haha

  3. It should be anything that gets you motivated. In my high school we actually did mental training with music, it was kinda cool. We would find a song that everyone could get pumped up to ( like sandstorm, eye of the tiger, don't stop believing by journey, etc). We would play it at least once every time we lifted (3 days a week) and play it with a boombox at every meet to get pumped. Everyone would always sing along, etc.

The last 3 weeks or so before your final meet, do not listen to it at all. Then on the day of the big meet, usually one you taper for, play the song with the boombox again. It really gets you motivated and pumped up

  4. actaully this is kind of strange on my part, but i listen to slower music like john mayer or colbie caillat with a towel over my head because it helps me block out everything going on around me and clear my head

    but thats just me

  5. ummm stronger works well for me.

as a team we play music during practice so i am kinda "intune" to some songs more than others. and i tend to like those.
