Does anyone know any books on raising cattle specifically brown swiss?

I am searching for my uncle but am not having much luck. I have been searching online for books on raising brown swiss cattle or char-lay (think thats the spelling)cattle... if anyone has any suggestions that would be great. Thanks

I am not a cattle person (I raise goats).  Ask this question in the agricultural section, under science and math...you will recieve better answers.
