Does anyone know any charitable organizations that high schoolers may join in to help out?

For example, medical groups, humanitarian groups, environmental groups, or just any group that helps give back to children on a national or world level. Even ones in California could work as well.

  3. all non-profit hospitals use young and old volunteers. if young they generally end up finding a place in the hospital to hire you. and then later help with college reimbersment. i hope this helps you.  find a hospital and ask if they are nonprofit
