I just want the back of my hair cut and maybe just the dead ends at the end does anyone know any hair dressers that will do that for less then 15 pounds?

I'll do it for 10 pounds > though, I'm not a professional, but if it's just the back you want done, you won't see it anyway.

Otherwise, look for the places where they train people to cut hair> students will work cheaper.
