What do you mean exactly?  I have a telstra mobile and landline.  I don't know of any tricks to get free calls.  I think Telstra is too expensive.  If you want to get a better deal on your landline call then and pretend you want to change to another company.  Find out what the best deal this other company is offerring.  Telstra will then try and beat it if they can.  I know someone who was going to switch to Optus for home phone and internet but then Telstra beat the price and he kept Telstra.  But then I know someone else who was going to switch to some unknown phone company and telstra couldn't beat that price.  It is worth a try.  Personally I think Telstra is overpriced and doesn't provide the best service.  It is amazing how the faults call centre is always busy and there is a huge wait but with the sales centre you get through pretty quickly!
