No. Because child molesters and pedophiles can make up profiles and try to lure children to and try to rape and kill them. Your sister should just wait until she is older and mature to have a Bebo page. The only safe websites I know for kids are on my sources

dont know of any like that, but my son who is 8 loves neopets.com, they get to make a pet and take care of it, its actually pretty cool

hey, yeah there is one called AIM i havnt become a member but alot of young people use it. Also myspace has privacy setting so she can have 1 but people who want to add her have 2 either know her last name or email. and if they look dodgy or if she dosnt know them she can deny them.

So its all really safe. But definatly myspace is good for privacy :)

my kids like webkins.com.  I know they charge a fee.  I don't know how much.  If you buy a webkins stuffed animal you get a year subscription.
