if what you liked about hanazakari no kimitachi e is the hot guys, then go for dramas like Gokusen, Hana Yori Dango, and nobuta (just cause yamapi is in it)

if you liked it cause of the crazyness, go for nodame cantabile. yukan club is rather funny as well (a bit lame though, but jin is hot so it evens out)

if you just like school dramas in general, there are loads. Dragon Zakura is one of my favourites, as well as LIFE (which is a bit different though, more serious)

but, in general most jdramas are great, in my opinion at least
