Stickmen is an Australian effort about hustling and matchplay it's not bad but the films you mentioned are all better (exception of kiss shot by Whoopi Goldberg).

Shooting Gallery with Freddie Prinze Jnr from 2005 I have not seen but again it is a movie based around pool and was originally titled "Pool Hall Prophets".
