Target has pretty much everything you need and it's low prices. I go there every time :D!

It depends on what you're looking for, clothes, supplies, backpacks, etc.  I think Wal-Mart is one of the best when it comes to the supplies, i.e. binders, notebooks, pens, pencils etc.  There are notebooks for as little as 5 cents a piece.  You can buy a 10 pack of pens for less than a dollar.  They also have nice but cheap clothing.  Up here we also have a store called Big Lots that has a lot of cheap stuff in general, although some school items you could simply buy at a dollar store.  Usually most big name stores have big sales for Back to School items, Wal-Mart, Target, Kmart, etc. so just search what's closest to you.
