When it rains outside me and my friends play cards inside. It is usually a group of 6-8 people and we are getting bored of the same game. The ages range from 9 to 13. If you have any suggestions can you tell me and give me the directions and i'll look it over. Thanks

  3. This game is generally called Cheat in Britain and Bullshit in the USA. In many books it appears as I Doubt It. The game can be played by from 2 to 10 players.

One standard pack of 52 cards is used. All the cards are dealt out to the players; some may have more than others, but not by much. The object is to get rid of all your cards. Select at random who should go first and continue clockwise.

On the table is a discard pile, which starts empty. A turn consists of discarding one or more cards face down on the pile, and calling out their rank. The first player must discard Aces, the second player discards Twos, the next player Threes, and so on. After Tens come Jacks, then Queens, then Kings, then back to Aces, etc.

Since the cards are discarded face down, you do not in fact have to play the rank you are calling. For example if it is your turn to discard Sevens, you may actually discard any card or mixture of cards; in particular, if you don't have any Sevens you will be forced to play some other card or cards. Any player who suspects that the card(s) discarded by a player do not match the rank called can challenge the play by calling "Cheat!", "Bullshit!" or "I doubt it!" (depending on what you call the game). Then the cards played by the challenged player are exposed and one of two things happens:

    if they are all of the rank that was called, the challenge is false, and the challenger must pick up the whole discard pile;

if any of the played cards is different from the called rank, the challenge is correct, and the person who played the cards must pick up the whole discard pile.

After the challenge is resolved, play continues in normal rotation: the player to the left of the one who was challenged plays and calls the next rank in sequence.

The first player to get rid of all their cards and survive any challenge resulting from their final play wins the game. If you play your last remaining card(s), but someone challenges you and the cards you played are not what you called, you pick up the pile and play continues.

    Variations

If there are a lot of players, you may use two or more packs shuffled together.

For some people the sequence of ranks which have to be played goes downward rather than upward, beginning A, K, Q, J, 10, ...

Some people play that you can (claim to) play either the next rank above or the next rank below the rank announced by the previous player. For instance if the player before you played some cards an said "two tens", and you do not wish to challenge, you have a choice of playing jacks or nines.

Some allow cards of the same rank as the last card to be played, as well as the next higher or lower rank.

Some play that you can try cheat by playing more cards than you claim to have played - for example say three eights while playing three eights and a jack. This can be challenged in the usual way and you pick up the discard pile if your play did not match your call.

                            P.S. lots of fun

  4. Well first what card game do you play? Maybe you should try UNO.

  5. Egyptian Ratscrew . It is nothing what it sounds like. Fast paced and fun.

  6. i'm not gonna explain how to play but look up how to play mafia, i played for two hours once, all you need is a deck of cards and atleast 4 people.

  7. B.S. Bull Sh*t well you pass out the deck and go from ace to king and start over till someones out of cards but you have to put a card down so i would be like "2 aces" -me "1 one"other player but he acctulay  put down a 3  if you think their fibbing you say b.s. or bull Sh*t and if the get caught fibbing they take the hold pile. but theres a twist if ur wrong about them fibbing you have to take the pile and if you lied and someone puts a card down over ur card you say peanut butter

  8. actually look this up because i played once.. i liked it but i forgot how 2 play. the game is sequence. i dont know how many can play.. ps could u get some people to answer my questions noone has answered mine yet.

  9. well i think cheat is a really fun game and the more ppl the better

    here are the instruction =)

-spilt the deck evenly amongst all players(some may have more than others but that doesnt matter

    - the person who has the 2 of clubs begins buy putting their card down face first

    - the person that goes next either puts down any amount of a cards that is higher lower or the same value as the last card/s put down

(in this case the person to go second could put down 3 2 ace)

    - the trick is that you may say your putting down a 3 put you can put down a 6 scince your oppoinents cant see

    - but if you get caught buy someone saying your cheating you get the hand added to your deck

    - but if someone says your cheating and your not they get the pile added to their deck

the person to put down all their cards first wins!

hope you can understand what i wrote hehe

    and hope you enjoy

  11. spoons!

  12. UNO

  13. Phase 10 and Skip Bo

  14. Uno. We played it a lot when we were on vacation a few weeks ago because it rained a lot.

  15. President...its difficult to explain but basically you deal all the cards out evenly. the person with the three of clubs puts a card down. he goal is to get rid of all your cards. you go around the table putting down cards, they have to be higher than the one before. if someone puts a 2 down it clears teh deck. if someone completes (this can be out of order) a set of 4 cards, it clears the deck and they get to put the next card down. Then, if someone is starting teh deck again after it having been cleared, and they put doubles cards down, everyone else has to do doubles as well. the last two people have to give their two best cards to the first two people.
