It will have to depend on your budget. I can recommend Elsie's Kitchen for a lower range but not so bad tasting food. Temasek POly always uses them for function, so does my company

You should try Amici Restaurant. You may call Willie at 94881006. He's the owner. There's 2 restaurants in Singapore and a catering wing. They do Italian and local dishes as well. Just tell them your budget. The Executive Chef was from Furama Hotel, well known for their banquet and buffet concepts. I should know, i used to work for them.
