i'm 5'6 and 135 lbs- i used to be 124 (very recently). i don't think that that is actually a very heavy weight for around my height but i have a small frame and it makes me look heavy. my ideal weight is about 125. i start school soon- are there any crash diet ideas? i tend to snack too frequently which is my main problem. i don't eat very unhealthily, just too much. oh i guess i should mention that i'm a vegan. any ideas?
