Does anyone know any good free software to transfer songs from the Ipod to Itunes library?

  1. Do it manually for free.

    Steps:

    1. Go to my computer

    2. open your iPods Drive

    3. after the Drive Letter type \ipod_control\music

    4. Copy all the folders in that music folder

    5. make new folder on desktop called music

    6. paste all the folders into that new folder called music on your desktop

    7. open itunes

    8. go to File>Add Folder to Library and add the music folder that you pasted all the folders into

    9. Make sure all your music is in the itunes library then go in itunes and click Advanced>Consolidate Library

    Wait til its done when its done delete the music folder on desktop and your finished

    Go to versiontracker and search for freeware with the keywords "ipod" and "transfer."
