  1. my favourite routine does not need free weights. for biceps:use a bar to do pull ups. for chest: use parallel bars to do dips.-blurey


  2. Variety push-ups for training your biceps, triceps, your shoulders and your chest.

    Crunches and sit-ups give you beautiful 6 pecs abs.

    All you need to do is keep doing these exercises and go for a run every day with at least 20 to 30 minutes and eat properly. Foods that with high protein like fishes, eggs, lean meats help a lot.
