Does anyone know any good international calling companies?

My mom was using Tel3Advantage in order to call family in Chile (South America). The price was good and the call quality was great but for some reason now over time the call quality has gotten worse and it disconnects alot.

--Does anyone know any good international calling companies. A friend told her about Time warner calbe since we have internet with them but they listed only-long distance in the us, canada, and Puerto Rico, no other places.

Time Warner may offer low rates for international calling... Th US, Canada, and Puerto Rico are the places you can call for free... I have vonage and they list their international rates...check Time Warner's website... if not, my mother in law always used a pre-paid calling card... you can't beat their rates calling to a lot of countries.  Each card issuer has their own rates.. you have research them and find the one with the best rates for where you are calling..
