I am new to parkour so i can't do much. I would like to know any good begginer parkour places

I don't know the area at all, so all I can suggest is that you go exploring. Anything that isn't flush with the ground can be considered an obstacle to overcome. You can practice anywhere you want, as long as you look around with the intent to find an object. Try and find some other people in your area who are interested in parkour and join them if possible. Not only do they likely  know the area, but can provide tips and help to help you get on your way.
