Does anyone know any good patterns?

I was playing this game called psychiatrist, where there is one person who pretends to be a psychiatrist and all of the other people in the game answer questions based on a pattern previously decided. An example is you answer questions as the person to the right of you would answer. We have made some really good patterns like answer the question as the person before you answers. Does anyone have any other fun patterns, we normally play a yes or no questions only version.

Answer 1

The person whose first (or last) name is before (or after) yours alphabetically.

The person whose birthday comes after yours.

Count all the letters in first and last name together and list people in order of the number of letters.  The person before or after you on the list.

List everyone in order of height, length of hair, length of time living at the same address, or phone number.  The person before or after you on the list.

Oldest, youngest, next oldest, next youngest.
