Does anyone know any good photo editing?

when you edit photos online there ko bt not very good all u can do is the basic things and im not a propa branic bt im not an ape either so does anyone know any photo editing programmes that u can do ONLINE not download cuz i dont want anything dodgey....AGAIN!

but a good one wer u can really make ure pics look amazing? any help please wud be GREAT

Online editing isnt very good, the quality will never be good and you cant really see what you're going to get until it arrives back on your PC. Corel or Paintshop are the best to get but expensive. I recommend Paint net (google it) Its free and works quite well for a freebee. (Dodgey..on the internet?? you must be kidding)..Haha

Try www.splashup.com or you could also edit photos on photobucket, but there's not as many options :).
