Does anyone know any good places to go for a weekend in scotland?

me and my boyfriend are looking for a quiet not too quiet though place to go in scotland for the weekend. Im 18 and hes 21 so really just want to get away but not out in the middle of nowhere! thanks or any advice

Arran, Oban, Aviemore, Inverness, Ayr,

there are loads of places,  have a look on the Scottish Tourist Board website.  It really depands on what you plan to do during your weekend - sightseeing, clubbing, sport etc

Try to stay away from cities in the south of Scotland.

Head North to Perthshire. Places like Blairgowrie etc. are nice and tranquil but still have a decent night life so you wont be too bored.

If you enjoy the travelling, try one or two of the islands in the inner hebrides. (well worth a visit)
