I have seen tryouts for some cheerleader positions and those girls work hard and have to be good dancers , so work on your physical fitness and you moves and try to be outgoing and give it your all .

Most teams view their "cheerleaders" a step higher than the consession stand crew. Some teams dont even pay them. its viewed as an extra caricular activity...
