Does anyone know any good single subject teaching credential program w/ master degree in Southern California?

I'm graduating next month and wish to teach in high school in LA county.

I hope to get more information about teaching credential program (which school is good/not so good).

Also, any suggestion about getting a job/experience during the break before I go to graduate school?

I went to the career center to see a counselor at my school but she was totally useless. She knew nothing and just kept telling me to gather the information by myself.

UCLA's program is exceptional. They help with placement as well.
