Firstly, be more specific. Do you want a site that'll teach you to solve a 4x4, or a site where you can buy a 4x4? -_-

Rubik's sells 4x4's, but the overall quality of their cubes aren't... so good >.> Rather, I'd suggest buying a 4x4 Eastsheen from cube4you.com

That's the official Rubik's Cube website, and they sell the 4x4, the 3x3, the 2x2, and a whole bunch of other stuff.  Click on Shop.  They're $20.99.  You might also want to check ebay, though, to see if you can get a better deal.
