  1. BBB  - Better Business Bureau  - that's somewhat limited

  2. I would call the Secretary of State of you state.  The Secretary is usually keeper of corporate records. The other possibility would be the State Attorney Generals  Consumer Fraud Division.  Best I can come up with off the top of my noogin'
