well the song "alcohol" by brad paisley is actually got a pretty slow tempo to it and itd be perfect on a 21st bday ;)

well, there is always a bit of michael buble, some of his songs have a nice slow tempo. Barry white and that man who sings "what a wonderful world"

Then enya, "Mr Bojangles" is a gorgeous song. Enya songs are very slow tempo.
