I'm going to scotland in a week and was wondering if any one can knows any cheap train tickets or is that too late for cheap ones?

You are probably too late for real bargains, but look at the sites of the two companies offering services to Scotland from London - Virgin trains from London Euston to Glasgow:- http://www.virgintrains.co.uk

and National Express East Coast for services from London King's Cross to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen:-

If you are not travelling through London you will want Cross Country trains:-
