Don't buy off the net. You don't know what you're getting. Go to your local music shop and check out what's in your price range. If you don't play yet, take a friend who does and get him/her to demonstrate for you. If no friend, ask an assistant. In the event of problems you have instant access to where you bought it from.

Try cheapguitars.co.nr they list the ones that are best value for money.

I think they have a squier fender bullet for $99 there.

I've seen lots of good offers at Craigslist.org.  You can buy local that way and check it out before you pay.

That looks like a Jasmine, which is made by Takamine and sells for $100 to $130 and you can order one from just about anyone.  Try Music123.com they have them for $99

its really not good to buy a guitar off an online website because during shipping they get bussted up and the neck bends and just its not good.

i bought a guitar off a website and thats what happend and they wouldnt reffund it so i was out 500 dollars.

honestly go to guitar center they have alot of cheap guitars for beginners and they will help you out just tell them you want an acoustic guitar thats what the guy is playing in the video and they will help you out i recommend a yamaha or a takamine for a beginner
